His experience spans Internal Audit, SOX and internal controls, enterprise risk, technology and cyber risk, governance, ERP transformation, public-company readiness, process improvement, and complex remediation.

He brings independent judgment, executive perspective, and a practical understanding of how organizations actually work — helping leaders clarify priorities, align stakeholders, establish accountability, and move from strategy through execution.
